Verification of Documents
The applicant should send his/her request with a scanned copy of documents to our email [email protected] or by filling up the Application Form
Evaluation of Documents
Each application is evaluated individually, as different universities have different requirements. After the university goes through the documents, each prospective applicant will be informed about their confirmed admission.
Letter of Invitation for study
Once admission is confirmed, the invitation letter is issued by the concerned university for the visa procedure. The applicant must mention in the application form the full address along with the name of the country for postal communication of the invitation letter and also for the ease of getting a visa.
Acquiring a visa
As soon as the applicant receives the Invitation letter of study, he should straightaway contact the Ukraine embassy in his country (or in a neighboring country if it’s not present in his country)
Receiving at the Airport
After receiving the visa the student should buy the air ticket and inform us of his/her arrival details, to help us start the formalities required at the airport and send a representative to guide the student through the airport and reach the University Hostel. The student should bring all the necessary documents in the original, which will be needed for admission and immigration clearance purposes.

Eligibility Criteria
A student must have these documents to study in Ukraine. Eligibility, document requirements & application process to study in Ukraine- Must have completed 17 years of age on or before 31st December of the year in which the admission is being taken.
- Students must have completed 12th from a regular board.
- All the medical aspirants must have cracked the NEET exam with the required passing marks.
- Students must have scored an aggregate of at least 50% in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (for General category and 40% for reserved category) and must have English as a compulsory subject
